Hello all

I'm Dave, 33 from Hemel Hempstead [originally North London].

Have been on and off medication [Lustral, Cipralex] since having a breakdown around Christmas 2004, things seem to be looking up at the moment.

I'm still depressed but am working on it and I'm feeling better. Sometimes I suffer from anxiety and have had some mild attacks.

Good days, bad days. At the moment more good than bad, which is nice.
