I keep having really bad panic attacks. I woke up having a panic attack this morning and I've just had another one now that lasted around 1 hour from very start to finally feeling normal-ish again. :weep:

How do you guys cope with your symptoms?

With me, I do breathing techniques (my personal fave is 4 seconds in, hold, 8 seconds out... slowly!), distraction like paying attention to small details on random objects and focusing on relaxing my neck/shoulder muscles as these are the ones that tense up the worst for me.

How do you guys cope with yours?

By focusing intensely on what's going on around me rather than inside me as well as by distracting myself (usually with my phone). When the anxiety is too high to be ignored,I allow myself to experience it and to panic because I know it will all pass soon.
