Anxiety raised

Hello. So I have reduced my Citolapram from 40mg to 20mg over a 2 month period. I have been feeling particular good and much better until today which is my 4th day on 20mg is it normal to have raised anxiety when lowering dose. Felt fab when reduced from 40 to 35 and 35 to 30 and also 30 to 25. Any advice please. Thanks

Yes, either as a withdrawal effect, or because the dose has dropped below the effective level for you.
