Help! Possible overdose?

Hey! I'm Olivia. I currently take 80mg slow release propranolol for anxiety. This might sound so stupid but it gives me pretty bad memory loss, I can't remember when I took one. It is pretty possible I've just took 2x80mg. I forgot weather I took one or not so I took another one, is this dangerous? Should I go to hospital? I usually have them daily at the same time but I'm staying at my friends house at the minute so I'm not sure weither I've took two or not, should I go to be on the safe side, is this an overdose or will I be okay? I'm freaking out right now someOne help me please.

If it where me I would phone the nhs 111 service and ask them. Be on the safe side

If you taking it for hypertension sustained release can go to 160mg as your every day max dose. immediate release 240mg max and xl sustained 120mg max . So 2/ 80mg tabs wont harm you ,it dont say scripted for anxiety????
