Me again!!
My left arm is driving me insane. I am at work and I can't stop thinking about it.
I have this tightness all around my upper left arm and around the shoulder ball joint bit. It's seems to shift around and move up my arm then to my.shoulder ect. It also slightly tremors sometimes. I'm freaking out and currently trying not to cry at work. I'm sat at a desk aswell so my arm is still so I am noticing it so much more.
Gp said it's tension but does tension cause a weak feeling???? Does tension cause a tremble on and off in the muscle??? I do think I have had a bad shoulder but because of this I have tensed my arm and pulled shoulder towards me. Can this cause upper arm ache? It also feels heavy when it's by my.side???
I will add though. The tight feeling tends to come and go but today it's been all day. I'm. Worried it's something really bad!!
I am having physio also and doesn't seem to be helping.
