I'm 28 but but for years I've decided every birthday over that is considered old maybe older people don't agree but when your younger it's old. Being over 30 will be depressing anybody else feel this way? :blush:

I've ripped up the bathroom floor and a new one goes down tomorrow so will see after that.

Thirties are better than twenties in many ways. You'll find women look at you different for a start :winks:

Thirties are surely more a man's prime? You've got more maturity and life isn't just drinking & pratting around like the early twenties.

Aw mate your not old! Wait till your 41 like me but I don't feel old, i'm not ( keep hiding the grey hairs & I don't even look it lol) It's nothing more than a number try not to get down about it. :)x

Well I will be 29 tomorrow so that’s depressing but next year will be worse.

No mate, over 30 is old...then when you hit 30 change it to 31. Then you can be happy with your current year! :yesyes:

I'm 43 and the happiest I've ever been. My 20s were riddled with self-doubt and dragged down by my low self-esteem and SO MANY poor choices. From about my mid-30s life's been grand as I sorted myself out. I couldn't give a toss about being "old" OP. Most happy people don't seem to care so much about age really. Your 43 year old self will look back on this post and wonder what on earth you were whinging about so I wouldn't waste another thought on it. You're worth so much more than your age, so I hope you go out and enjoy your birthday and have a brilliant time.

You can keep yourself young by the way you think,no one likes getting old, try and always look on the bright side of life,it will be hard some days,but it ain't that bad.:D
