Meeting at work, think of me at 10.30am

Hi

I've a meeting at work this morning 10.30. With regards to my sickness absence earlier this year, when I thought I was having a heart attack, you name it I thought I'd got it. I'm so anxious about this, the old feeling are back, chest tightness, dry mouth, tearful, true fight/flight stuff.
I'm trully frightened.

Please can I ask fellow forumers to think of me a 10.30....

Hi All..
Thanks for your kind thoughts....It helped to know that I wasn't alone. I'm not sure If my words were heard, but it helped to get a few things of my chest., such as the lack of support from so called colleagues and management,. He still insisted that there is a "Team" it doesn't make sitting on the side lines any better....
