Hi guys,

Been a while, been super busy with work and uni.

Just been to the gym and walking home, my toes were tingling after exercise. Is this normal? It's my first time at the gym in forever. I also do wear my trainers tight but I've had them off for a while now so just a bit nervous. No pain with it.

Thanks in advance!Maybe it's your blood circulating? I used to get it in my fingers after lifting weights for the first time. Went away after a bit though. If it keeps happening, could be a sign of diabetes?
