Hi all. My anxiety has gotten terrible lately to the point I have to stay with my family and recover. Lately I have been dealing with poor appetite and eating habits. I eat very healthy but I've had to be very selective of food for the past few weeks. Sometimes I can eat but I have to be selective on what exactly I eat. I can do quite a few foods but others make me feel ill looking at it and if I try to eat it I will gag! Oats is an example of a food that has me gagging and I usually love oats. As well as that I can't eat too much, I have to have very small portions and I know I'm not eating enough at all making it hard to sleep at night too. Any tips at all for this?
