I am on the other side of the world right now and I only just arrived two days ago. I find that I cannot sleep without waking up every hour because of jetlag. I go back to sleep alright but wake up the next hour again. I have only been sleeping for short intervals like one hour, then wake up for up to 5 minutes to an hour and go back to sleep for another hour. Is this ok? Is this lack of sleep going to make me go crazy or something?

On the upside however, I managed to survive a 16 hour with absolutely no anxiety whatsoever. I then boarded another 4 hour flight right afterwards. So that was 20 hours of flying without a single drop of fear. That was quite an achievement for me! But this jet lag has me worried!

Good going on managing the flights! That's a sore spot for many. The lack of solid sleep is natural... travel, new environment, excitement etc. It'll settle down and you'll sleep I'm sure. Enjoy yourself! :)
