today , i have had what i sometimes get in my upper central back,
it's like a tense dull ache which is uncomfortable not painful but uncomfortable. that couples up with the middle of my chest feeling a little tense and tight too which in turn makes me worry about having a heart attack, anyone feel anything similar?
i think it's down to my posture why i get these feeligs but i get anxious when my chest feels a little tight.
