Tension headache worries me

I've had this aching headache on the back of my head and neck for about 5 straight days now. I ended up going to get a professional massage and after I felt great for a few hours then it returned. It's worrying me and I don't feel like doing anything but laying down all day because of it. Should I worry what can I do to improve this? I've tried pain relieves icy hot baths with salt

Those suck. It's a matter of relaxation and stress relief, and making sure you're getting enough sleep and hydration during the day.

We have the same issue. The back of my head aches then down to my neck plus my eyes hurts too. I don't think I have enough sleep though. I am really suffering from lack of sleep. I don't know what to do. :( *sobbed*

If only I could relax but this anxiety does not help. And yeah I also have been getting a lack of sleep. One day I'll sleep 3 hours and the next day I'll sleep 7 hours and wake up about 20x feeling anxious during the night
