Those who know me on this forum know that this time last year I was in a rock bottom place.
Off work as a teacher with stress and anxiety.
12 months on and its been a roller coaster to say the least. Back to work though last September and only had two days off ill, not anxiety related.
Feeling ok at the moment, in fact pretty good.
Do you ever catch yourself wondering when is the crash coming?
Having been in such a bad place I fear the worse that I will go back there. It almost like I am looking for it but its not happening.
Just got to live my life and got on with it. I am thankful that I am ok and better.
I still gave issues with being on anti-depressants to go to work but such is life. I am sure I will come off these eventually.
