As a newcomer to anxiety i started on medication but it made me so ill when even valium didnt help i decided to do it alone im coping and start therepy next week its a constant struggle but i hope i can get there im 68 good luck to everyone suffering

Hi. Hope you find therapy helps, medication isn't for everyone ( I don't use it but use therapy). There's a lot of good people on here for support too hope you find nmp helpful. Very best wishes Jacqui x:hugs:
