just 2 say the article thingy "when the gloves come off" posted on this site by the hypnotherapist is really really worth a read. im not sure how 2 post a link 2 it on here but u can find it in the anxiety section at the bottom of the page...its helped me 2 understand some of the reasons behind the symptoms, especially why i get really jumpy wen i see/hear anything slightly abnormal.
