Scared!!

So I just turned 30. I've been to a Cardio before about frequent PVC's I still get them but they did a heart ultrasound and a stress test on the treadmill and other than a slightly elevated resting heart rate were not concerned. Well now when I walk sometimes I get bad jaw pain and if it happens and I sit down it goes away. I'm so scared I'm going to have a heart attack but my mom and husband tell me it's nothing and if they were really worried I'd be in the hospital. Freaking out isn't doing me any good.

Do you by any chance clench your jaw?

Or do you might even be hyperventilating and you don't it??

When I do either of those I get the jaw pain. Hyperventilating when walking causes my chest and neck to hurt. And at times it reaches my jaw.
