Every now and again I get these feelings of suffocation. It's hard to Dk's ribs but it's as if maybe someone put a pillow over my face or that I am just going to stop breathing. Almost like a drowning feeling. I took my pulse on duringn an episode and it says 98. If I change positions the feeling subsides. I am so scared. I have a lot going on right now with a tooth infection that I am in antibiotics for and had about 4 serious anxiety attacks today. I am not anxious when that suffocation feeling comes in but it throws me into an attack. Has anyone else had this? It's like my air supply is cut off and my nose starts feeling weird inside. I am scared.i also feel short of breath while eating or drinking and there after for a few minutes.
