Lump under skin

I've woken up this morning itched my the underside of my thigh and oh great found a lump!

It's small, moves around and is quite deep under the skin. It might be I forget the name fat cells that have grown to quickly.

As you can imagine I'm in a panic. Trying not to google

Sounds exactly like a lipoma. I have one also on my thigh. :)
