Accidentally inhaled bug spray (Yes, I'm back here again. Real nervous)

My mom had sprayed some in the bathroom and I have tried not to inhale it but I did. Twice. Couldn't hold my breath that well lol. But I did went to the room to get some fresh air (Since the air conditioner and fan was running) nervous that it might damage my brain or I'm going to die. (The smell was bothering my nose) help?!

Don't panic. Get some fresh air and breathe deeply and slowly. Inhaling a bit of bug spray won't harm you at all!

I get how you feel. Bug spray is horrible smelly stuff. But it's not dangerous. Of course it would be dangerous if you sprayed it directly into your eyes or mouth, but I trust this isn't the case!

If it was so dangerous that you couldn't even smell it in a room, they wouldn't sell it.
