One step at a time is a great start. When I was fed up I started a sort of journal on here. I just started a thread on the misc forum I think, and continued to add posts to it. Helped me vent a bit but also keep track of my progress. Welcome :)

Hi,
I wish you the best. Keep on trying and trying. I have bi-polar disorder, severe social anxiety and depression. I am looking for email pals to talk about suffering with these problems, just talk and support. I am a male, 49 years old I am personally not doing that well right now. I am looking to help where I can and get help when I need it. Helping is always good for the sender and the receiver; I think that is true. I am here to listen and I am pretty good at it. PM me if you want to share e-mails or just get to know each other better here. I am completely new here and just figuring the site out. -Rick
