I can't seem eat because of my anxiety so I'm just asking if anyone knows a was to eat right even while dealing with anxiety. I just hate being tired all day cause I can't eat. Any advice helps

Well, the difficulty eating that you have stems for your anxiety, as you were explaining in the other thread. So in order to help yourself eat, you're going to have to start doing things to help your anxiety. Like I said in your other thread, getting a few Xanax pills isn't going to solve the problem. I would start with counseling. But in the meantime, here are the things that people often use to help lesson there anxiety.

--Self-help books
--Exercise or yoga (although I wouldn't suggest heavy exercise on an empty stomach)
--Journaling
--Hobbies for distraction
--Medication (antidepressants for long term; benzos like Xanax are long term)

I agree with Vee, definitely get help with the anxiety. I went through a few weeks of bad anxiety and had a very hard time eating. I was able to eat some things though. I found that snacks went down easier, I ate a lot of pretzels and crackers to keep myself from starving.
