Ibs sucks!

[heavy metal anxiety]

I have ibs and it's a whirlwind between panic attacks and gut pains and such. I either get a panic attack and my stomach follows suit or sometimes I start having stomach issues and it brings on the anxiety. Never the less, lately no matter whichever one starts the other is soon to follow. The after effects of these are unbelievable. I could fill a hot air balloon. Its bloody painful and the panic makes it so much worse. I do get through it but sucks anyway. Just my own puddle of mud for ya
