Heart... palps

Basically I'm really struggling with my heart palpitations

They still after all this time really really scare me.

I'm so worried that my hearts just going stop and I'm one of them really unlucky people with an undiognosed heart problem and I'm just going drop dead

I don't get palpitations all day every day but when they happen I sure as he'll notice them

I had an ecg four years ago and they didn't see anyThing but it was a quick 2 minute test and I've had nothing else since.

I'm just so worried by this

Haven't been on here for a while but I just can't go without any help or advice

Hi, I also experience the heart palpitations that you experience. They aren't all the time and I worry in exactly the same way as you do that I've got an undiagnosed heart condition.
I have also had an ECG and bloods etc and all were normal. Meditations on YouTube have helped me stay calm when I do have the palpitations as well as breathing exercises.
If you're really concerned then go see your GP and get some advice.
My palpitations I am sure are a part of my anxiety, they are a common symptom unfortunately.

It's a symptom that always goes away for a while but then comes back. And it's the one that scares me the most.

I might book a doctors app tomorrow but I get scared of the doctors.
