Hey everyone,about 10 days ago I got bitten by a pesky mosquito! Of course,initially when getting the bite I started to freak out about west nile and encephalitis/meningitis all that good stuff. Looked up online how symptoms take 4-10 days to show up and I'm honestly very scared. I have a headache right now on one side radiating towards my eye on the same side. I know encephalitis can cause headache. Also I have recently got a tdap vaccine and I know a headache can be a side effect,however silly me looks up encephalitis and vaccines (I am not an anti-vaxxer obviously don't worry!) but I'm just scared that I'm gonna get encephalitis from either one of those.
I try and think about all of the times I've been bitten by mosquitoes in my life,which is a damn lot! But I always think its it this time... I am scared to go to sleep bc of this fear..any advice as always is appreciated
