So I went to the drs and told her my concerns regarding candida and white tongue and she put it down to my birth control pills rather than candida. She said if my mouth was very sore, full of ulcers all around the mouth then it's something to look in to but I don't have any of that.
I woke up feeling all clammy and sweaty and the first thing that sprung to mind was I'll be in hospital at some point today as something weird is going on but then again, it could be my birth control.
Basically she wasn't alarmed with anything so it's something I guess I have to tackle
