Hello all! While I have no qualms attributing my recent weight loss to me being constantly in a state of anxiety and lack of eating I was just wondering how do people combat it? I've gone from 13 stone 7 to 12 stone 5/6 while you know it's good to drop the pounds It does worry me that I've gone about losing the weight wrong. I'm currently waiting on therapy and will be waiting to see the gp for anxiety meds soon. But is almost a stone lost in 3 months of worry anything to be concerned about?
