popping back into this forum. i've been here before but i think it was a few years ago. i've been on prozac for ocd for 20 years but stopped taking them in february. i've been left with terrible anxiety which i'm trying to deal with.
my ocd symptoms aren't too bad right now, unless what i'm mistaking for general anxiety is my ocd returning.
i'm adamant i don't want to go back on the drugs as they were no longer working and just made me sleep all the time, so i'm on here looking for other ways to deal with my fears.
