Fear of heart attack

Earlier today I felt this feeling in my chest like I needed to cough and during that time I was having pretty bad anxiety though. Like a few hours later it was getting worse and now it's way worse. It's a sharp pain in the middle of my chest that went to my back and now it's in my left shoulder. Those were all heart attack symptoms and I can't stop crying and freaking out. I read that u get numbness and tingling too and right after that I got pins and needles in my left arm. I'm 15 btw

First up, 15 is very young to have any type of cardiac abnormality, so chances are, it's just anxiety or muscle tension.

Secondly, if it was a heart attack, it would have happened by now. These are "acute" events which means they happen over a short period of time, not really over the course of the entire day.

Speak to your parents about it and see what they say but I'd say you're probably OK!
