When I sit still or lie down, I feel like I move with my heartbeat. My heartbeat isn't abnormally strong or fast or anything, it's almost like a dizzy feeling like I'm on a boat, but with my heartbeat. It's more bothersome than anything. Has anyone else experienced this and is it anxiety? Ive almost convinced myself I've got some ear tumor or something seriously wrong with me.
