Hi everyone

I'm new to the site. I'm 35 and went through terrible anxiety and panic after the birth of my son. I've felt fantastic for 3 years and all of a sudden it's started again and it's as though it never went away. I'm hoping that being in touch with other people who are going through the same thing will help me, because last time I felt very isolated and didn't really know what was happening to me.
