Hi all

I just want to tell people who understand.
My daughter has been suffering Anxiety since the age of
3 she is now 11 and doing well.
Over the years she has never gone anywhere without me.
It's only been in the last few months she has been going
with a friend and his mum to the shops without me, but she
has alway come back feeling unwell.
Last night she came in and asked if she could go to the
play golf with a friend from school, I said yes.
Now normaly she would start to feel unwell and then
deside not to go, but this time SHE JUST WENT:D:D:D
AND HAD A GOOD TIME NO PROBLEMS
I feel so happy. I have been telling people all day,
but they just look at me as though it's nothing:(
I know you will all understand how I feel.

Thank you all for reading this.

LOVE TO YOU ALL FROM ONE HAPPY PERSON JILLXXXX

hi Jill,

That's great news!! You must be very proud of your daughter!! I remember how proud I was of myself the first time I went out without my boyfriend who I had been depending on far too much. It's a very slow process but I'm sure she will slowly gain the confidence to manage alone more often.

Hi Jill,

That is really tremendous.

I'm so pleased that you both are doing so very well. It's down to your hard work.
