Hello,
Has anyone had tingling in their hands due to muscle/neck tension?
I've been struggling with weird skin sensations for about a year now (tingling, patches, muscle twitching etc). My Neurologist ordered me an MRI which I got last night (do not get results for another few days).
But I think the tingling in my hands is due to my neck being so tense all the time. I stretch (yoga) and get massages which will sometimes give me temporary relief but are there any long term solutions?
Has anyone's doctor ever given them a muscle relaxer because their muscle tension was so bad? I am on Lexapro which helps a lot but still have these physical symptoms :(
