New Friends

Hi there. Anyone else get lonely and low with anxiety?
I'd love to make new friends. Also anyone in the Devon area at all ? Be so good to make friends.
I'm 43/44 tomorrow no children just a lush bundle of fur called Tango Cat.
I manage my anxiety/depression as best I can it's just the loneliness at times is so hard.

Hi Pippa,
Feel free to send us a pm. I live with anxiety, panic and depression. Doc gave me diazepam eventually but I usually find fitness classes, zumba and beer works better. Problem is waking at 3am with really bad anxiety, feeling sick etc, but we try to live it it.
