Ok so I mustered up the courage and finally went to see my go and out my anxiety and panic attack and palpitations
And I left knowing it's exactly that.
He checked my oxygen, did an ecg, and had a good chat with me. My oxygen was 99% and said it was perfect and said my ecg came back fine. Checked my thyroid and said if my anxiety doesn't get any better he want me to have bloods to check my thyroid and to see if I'm anemic
Gave me a number to call about arranging a councillor to help with my ocd and seperation anxiety which will help with my anxiety.
I feel better knowing my little beating heart is doing its job. Until I move on to the next hing 😂😂
