Hi everyone

I was just wondering if anyone gets blocked ears and a feeling that voices or noises seem a bit odd? I have been getting this for the past couple of days and it is so annoying but now starting to worry me a little. When my ears block it kind of puts my head off balance, maybe slightly dizzy and kind of feels tight or something within my head, hard to explain.

Anyway i would appreciate it if anyone does get this if they could reply

thank you
prin

PS.. Just wanted to let you all know that i havent been around much for the last couple of months as i have been having CBT and trying to steer clear of anxiety related issues. I hope everyone is doing well :)

Hi Prin

Maybe it would be a good idea just to get your ears checked to make sure they are not blocked.

Anxiety can cause Ear symptoms also, here are some posts that may help too.

Ear sounds
