Has anyone ever read From Panic to Power or any other of Lucinda Bassett's books? Wonder if they, and specifically From Panic to Power are any good? Let me know what ya think please. Thanks. Best wishes to all!

I've got the From Panic To Power CD's and although they are okay I am glad someone gave them to me as I don't think I would have liked to pay for them. Most of what she says is just her talking about her own experience of anxiety and how she overcame it, but I can honestly say I didn't hear anything that I didn't know already.
