Hello again my fellow anxietans. I'm facing an issue that I've always had, but only during panic attacks when I'm hyperventilating. Now I'm facing chest pressure, albeit it comes and goes, (Usually comes after moving around. Although I walked a mile and didn't feel it). It comes randomly, but it usually comes with stomach gas and hiccups, I've also been having alternating constipation and diarrhea. I'm only 16, I don't think a heart issue is likely. I had a chest x-ray two months ago which came back clear. Is this something to worry about?

I've also been having some sinus issues, for about a month now. I think I can feel mucus in my chest as well, I don't know..

Any ideas?

Assuming the stomach issues are directly caused from panic issues (after a big attack I could propel myself on a office chair) My chest pains are almost she same feeling as if I torn a muscle there. I can have a hyperventolating fit and have done nothing but at the high paced job I work (busy kitchen) I do much running around including stairs and I get none of it. I think the chest pain now that I think of it may be related to overworking something during hyperventilating. Just a thought
