Since last night I've had this off and on sharp pain in my left nipple. It almost feels like someone's poking me with a needle. It goes away for like an hour or two and then it come back for about 30 seconds. I've also had trouble with this boob In may (random redness around nipple) but never went to the doctor for it. I don't feel any lumps or bumps but I'm worried. Just got off my period 2 weeks ago so don't think it's just PMS. I'm also 18 if that helps.
