vision change question

hello! to start things out, i've always been far-sighted, and have been wearing glasses since i was three years old. my vision takes things being quite close before they become blurry. i'm not exactly anxious over this, as my vision has been like this - but i don't know where else to put this topic as it does sound like i am anxious about it.

can vision seem blurrier on some days, and clearer on others? also in different lighting? some days it takes things being 5 inches from my face before it becomes impossible to read, others it's a foot away and i'm done for. i don't know much about vision, but i'm guessing eye strain could play into that?

Yes sounds like eye strain and dryness causing variations. Does this to me, too.

Anything from eye strain which can be caused by too much computer/phone and allergies, dryness and so much more can cause those issues
