Hello, My name is Renee and I have been having very bad panic attacks. I tried the medication, but it gave me bad side effects. I now am trying vitamins and am getting some relief, but still having issues. No one understands this that I know so I have no support system. I found this site and look forward to being part of this group. We will all beat this anxiety and panic together. :)
