Tension headache or something else?

I've been getting this tense/pressure feeling in the back of my head and wonder if it's a tension headache? Can it do this?

Also: I get dizziness along with it. Hope I don't have anything serious. Maybe anxiety related? Since it happens when I'm anxious, have my neck or sleeping in a weird position. Maybe?

Yes sounds like neck problems causing dizziness and pressure in the back of head. I get that sometimes, and it freaks me out. I hate it!!! Do some neck stretches and try to be mindful of your posture (I need to take my own advice there!).

Hi,
I get this too.
Especially worse if I sit with my head bent over for any length of time .
I know my posture isn't good and I am sure this is giving me the upper back and neck pain. I feel very stiff in my upper body and also get the dizziness.
