Nausea, sinusitus, anxiety

Hi everyone. I have GAD, HA and IBS.
I've recently had a bad bout of flu for the past two weeks. This has caused some sinus problems causing facial and dental pain. I've moved to a hot, dry and dusty country which doesn't help.
It's hard dealing with flu symptoms when one has HA but I thought I'd got through it quite well.
But for the past three days I've had almost constant nausea. No vomiting, cramps or diarrhea though.
So it's worrying me a lot!
Now I'm so anxious I don't know if the nausea is from anxiety, sinus or something else.....
I'm using a humidifier and steaming with Friars balsam and drinking lots of water.
Some reassurance would really be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there, loads of HA here too and for past 2 days nausea set in without any other symptoms . I hope you feel better.

Thanks for replying.
I got brave and went to the doctor. Turns out I have a sinus infection which is causing the nausea.
I still have nausea but this time it's caused by a reaction to the antibiotic.

I have found in the past though that I get nausea with anxiety, so maybe that's your problem?

Just a thought.....have you had a cold lately? Maybe you have a blocked ear? That would cause some nausea
