Worried about eyelid?

So for the past couple of days i've noticed my right eyelid is lower than my left , and kinda feels like the eyeball is bigger too. I've read it could be a sign of a tumour but i had an eyetest a few weeks ago and i've had blood tests at A&E due to panic attacks since then. Is it possible it could just be droopy from stress? It doesn't seem to affect my vision but it does feel weird there and i get some headaches around the area from time to time.

That happened to me, right before I got a case of conjunctivitis (pink eye). Have you had a cold recently?

I don't think so, though i may have had a small one without realising. I've had pink eye before and it was pretty rough.

Really worried now, I stupidly broke my rule about not googling and now i see things like ptsosis and graves disease, i've had my thyroid checked too so it can't be that. I'm just so confused. Are my face muscles just weak from the anxiety?
