Anyone else have a bump in their belly button?

I recently noticed that I had a small bump in my belly button (why I was poking around in my belly button I have no idea) It's tiny, barely raised and the size of a pin prick. I'm less scared and more confused. I think it might be where my umbilical cord was when I was a baby but I really don't know. Any idea what this is? Does anyone else have this?

It's just a little pimple inside there. Like you get on your face. Belly buttons trap a lot of sweat and gunk.

Sweetie, when does school start for you? I really hope you go in and talk to your counselor about getting you set up with a therapist. It sounds like you are just checking your body, looking for something to worry about.

I'm actually out of school at the moment because I'm so anxious and I can't be in a school environment. I have crisis team coming to my house 4 times a week and it's helping a little but I'm still pretty anxious
