Hi all on the site I have already been in the chat room and found everyone very pleasant. I am female and 26. I actually have a Physical illness and it has a affect on the mind obviously but more through me letting it. I am still figuring out all the topics covered and finding my way around.

I feel this site will be of benefit to not feel alone or as crazy as I think I may be ha ha.
