help with anxiety related dizziness

hiya, i found that taking travel sickness tablets helped with the dizziness i suffered because of my anxiety. I originally got them on prescription but you can buy them over the counter. They come under the name cinnarazine or sturgeon. tracey :) x

Just make sure you don't take any alcohol with them!!!

hiya, yeah i forgot to mention that, if u do consume alcohol they can make u abit drowsy, sorry i didnt mention that, but they r def worth trying, i hope they work for u, dizziness is an awful thing to cope with u cant really understand wats its like til youve experienced it take care tracey x
