Scared feeling

Hi there

Ive not been feeling too good again lately due to my OCD and resulting anxiety and panic related to it.

I have got this horrible creepy, scared feeling washing over me tonight. Its weird, I look at my gorgeous three year old and feel an overwhelming sense of guilt because I am feeling this way and shes so perfect.

Just a thought but does anyone think they will ever feel carefree again?

How depressing, I know I will get through this but it ain't pleasant at the minutexx

This is most horrible - I used to get the 'night terrors' ,but when I was awake!

Used to dread falling asleep because I knew it would still be there when I woke up.

Yes, you will get through it - you're half way there by just saying you will.

And your daughter will probably be a major factor in helping you get through it. I know my family played an important part in my getting through it. They give you something to work towards - and to be thankful for when you get there.
