relaxation and breathing

hi,

I was wondering if it would be ok for me to post the breathing excersise as well as the muscle relaxation excersises, I have looked for them on site and dont seem to be able to find them, just wondering if it would be helpful as i am being asked about them a lot in the chat room.

if it is ok where would be the best place to post ?
