Aches & pains - what if it's something serious??

Been so low lately, have got bad pains in my left leg when I'm sitting or in bed, aching and shooting pains in my knee, down my calf & shin and in my foot, am so worried about it, had the same thing a few weeks ago and it gradually got better but now its back.

Got docs tomorrow but am terrified it's going to be something serious

I have the pains in my arm and it's terrible.I had a physical and everything was fine but I guess I to have to go to my gp just to check it out again.I have bad health anxiety but I am not scared for the doc mine has a lot of patients with me and checks out everything I am unsure of and even has talks with me so I think it's really important to find a good doc

Well have been to the docs and they were very helpful, had a bit of a physical and it looks like I have damaged some tendons in my leg, they will heal over time to got to rest it, so completely nothing to wory about!
