Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Zach and I've been dealing with anxiety, panic disorder, and depression since 07. Last Halloween I had a hell of a setback that landed me in the ER. And since then it has been an uphill battle to get back to my old self. I've came ALONG way since Halloween, ever my physical symptoms are still there and that is the worst part of my anxiety.
